1. Type Menu

Choose the type of multi-gRNA expression system from the drop down menu.

2. Action Menu

Select the ligation action from the menu.
If vector ligation is chosen, you will be prompted to upload a valid vector file.
The vector file description can be found in manuscript (xxx).
A vector file is a plain text file with a .txt extension that contains the BsaI restriction sites.

3. Restriction Enzyme Menu.

There is currently only one Restriction Enzyme implemented. No action is necessary.

4. In Menu

This menu describes the organism in which we are working.
For the tRNA-Cas9 Type, you may choose other organsims.
These organisms use different tRNA sequences for primers that are specific to these organisms.
